Where do you offer service?
We operate in most of Thunder Bay. If you’re within city limits, there’s a good chance we cover your neighborhood. Feel free to contact us to confirm if you’re in our service area.
What payment options do you accept?
We offer flexible payment options. You can keep a credit card on file for monthly billing or prepay for the season using e-transfer, cheque, or credit card.
What happens during a heavy snowfall?
For heavy overnight snowfalls (that end early in the night), we’ll come during the night to clear behind your vehicle so you can get out in the morning. We’ll return later in the day to do a full clearing. For lighter snowfalls, we typically clear the driveway during the day and send you a text/e-mail notification when we’re on the way so you can move your vehicles.
Can I cancel mid-season?
We operate on seasonal contracts, which are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your contract to a new homeowner if you move, or to your new home if it’s within our service area, with possible price adjustments.
Do you offer monthly plans?
We only offer seasonal plans since our routes are planned out in advance. However, you can choose to pay for your seasonal plan in monthly installments for convenience.
What kind of equipment do you use?
How many visits are included?
We clear your driveway after every snowfall all season long, and you can expect up to two clearings within a 24-hour period during heavy snowfall.
Do you shovel sidewalks, steps, or decks?
We focus solely on driveways and do not offer shoveling services. Our operators remain in the tractors and do not clear sidewalks or other areas.
What parts of the driveway do you clear?
We clear everything accessible by tractor. We get as close as safely possible to garage doors, cars, and other structures, but we do leave a buffer to avoid any accidents. The homeowner would be responsible for any areas not accessible or left by the tractor.
